Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit stuffy even though the price was reasonable, but they did come with Aveda products in the bathroom and T2 tea. The service, on the other hand, was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect for exploring wineries and farm gates, but the small table in the room was a bit inconvenient. The dining was enjoyable overall, although the coffee was not up to par. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offered great amenities and facilities.
I stayed at this hotel on the ground floor, facing the carpark, which impacted our privacy as we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. However, the room was clean, and the check-in staff was nice. The room itself was comfortable and spacious.
The hotel offers spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms with thoughtful gestures like chocolates on the bed. The friendly and welcoming service is a standout, although there is room for improvement in cocktail-making skills. The location, while convenient for exploring town, lacks warmth. The dining experience is impressive, especially for foodies, but could enhance its continental breakfast offerings. The facilities are well-appointed, making for a pleasant stay overall.
